DUNE: Part 2 and Mank Star Sign’s with International Agency CK Talent

We recently learned that the Mank and Dune: Part 2 actor Sebastian Faure signed with CK Talent Management. Faure will be managed by Craig Rogalski at the agency. Faure is a French/Polish actor living in Dubai. An expatriate who had a very colorful upbringing in the Gulf that led to him having a strong understanding of many different cultures. Sebastian studied at the Paris Sorbonne University in Art History and classical theater before coming to the United States and receiving his MFA in Acting at The New York Film Academy. He studied under the guidance of Isabella Hofmann, Ken Lerner, George Russo, and Christopher Cass to name a few and trained at the Chubbuck Studio. Sebastian is known for his roles in Blue, playing alongside Judith Scott and Chelsea Lopez, in Knead for Love, which was accepted at the Cannes Film Festival.

Faure is an accomplished actor who has drawn the eyes of some of the biggest casting directors in the business, casting him in some major films. In October right after he signed with CK Talent, they finalized a deal for Faure to spend 24 days filming in the desert on Dune: Part 2. It was close quarters for Faure, since there were only 15 other actors filming scenes on location. Among the other actors there with Faure included Timothée Chalamet, Jason Momoa and Zendaya as well as a small production team. Faure’s character’s name has not yet been disclosed by the studio or his agency.

His career breaking role was when he was cast in the David Fincher film Mank where he played alongside Gary Oldman, Tom Pelphrey and Arliss Howard. Oldman tapped Faure to play the famed Clark Gable in the film. Before landing the role as Clark Gable he has already graced the screen with actors Isabela Hofmann (Burlesque), George McGrath (Equalizer) and Joe Basile (Tropic Thunder).

He has appeared in the TV shows Veep with Julia Louis-Dreyfus and The Goldbergs with Wendi McLendon-Covey.

His film Sui Side Inn where he plays Chef Dimitri, has earned the prestigious 2017 Platinum International Independent award, Los Angeles Film Award for Best Editing, and a Best Drama Award from the LA International Film Festival.Faure himself has several international awards under his belt. In 2017 his film Sam won for best thriller at the Festigious International Film Festival.

Faure has also appeared in major international commercials including one for United Airlines a US carrier.

Then in 2018 he won the Best Actor award for his film Knead for Love. More recently, he won best actor at the Widescreen film Festival.

Faure has been called a Hollywood luminary by several industry magazines. From Sebastian’s perspective, the art of acting is a never-ending search to understand human behavior and psychology in the various circumstances of life.
